Shipping Information

Canada Shipping
Currently we offer FREE standard shipping Canada wide on any order over $150 USD.

Orders under $150 USD will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8 USD for standard shipping. Customers are welcome to choose the express shipping rate offered by Canada Post that is displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping times
• Standard: 1-7 Business Days (with tracking)
• Express: 1-3 Business Days (with tracking)

United States Shipping
Currently we offer FREE standard shipping throughout the US on any order over $200 USD.

Orders under $200 USD will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10 USD for standard shipping.
Customers are welcome to choose the express shipping rate offered by Canada Post that is displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping times:
• Standard: 1-7 Business Days (with tracking)
• Express: 1-3 Business Days (with tracking)

International Shipping
Currently we offer FREE international standard shipping (without tracking) for any order over $200 USD.

Orders under $200 USD will be charged a flat rate of $20 USD for standard shipping (without tracking).

Customers are welcome to choose the express shipping rate (with tracking) offered by Canada Post. This option, if available for your country, will be displayed automatically on the checkout page.

Shipping times:
• Standard: 6-12 Business Days (without tracking)
• Express: 2-6 Business Days (with tracking)

Return to Sender

The Palm Lyfe is not responsible for uncollected deliveries that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. We will work with our customers to determine the best resolution, which could be reshipment (paid for by the customer) or a full refund of the order. If your tracking states that the order has been delivered, please first check with your local Canada Post location (or local post office) before contacting us. Alternatively call Canada Post with your tracking number to acquire further information at 1-866-607-6301.

Lost Packages

On rare occasions deliveries do get lost in transit. While we are not responsible for any lost deliveries, we want to ensure you receive the products that you ordered. If you believe your package has been lost, please review your tracking information and contact Canada Post to request an investigation into the whereabouts of your order.


Shipping carriers typically request up to 21 days to find lost parcels after the last update on the tracking was made. We ask our customers to wait 10 days after filing a claim to see if the package can be found by Canada Post before we issue another shipment.

Import Liabilities and Taxes

Please note The Palm Lyfe does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. The Palm Lyfe does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will The Palm Lyfe accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our terms and conditions.

Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch on international orders.

The Palm Lyfe is not responsible if customers are not notified by Canada Post (or alternate any other shipping company) that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. However, if you still need assistance, please contact us.
